Yes, that’s right– I said yummy kale! Most people I know wouldn’t describe kale as yummy but I’m here to change all those people’s mind.
This super easy kale recipe that I stole from my sister in love is delicious and will have your family asking for seconds or at least get them to eat the first helping! I make a big bag of this at the beginning of each week and refrigerate it to eat on during the week.
1 Large bag of Glory Kale Greens
1 Small white onion sliced
1/2 cup of Liquid Aminos
What you do: Get a large skillet and put two to three tablespoons (depending on how many sliced onions you use) in it. Turn the heat to medium/high and let the skillet get hot. Add the sliced onions and cook for 4-5 minutes or until they get browned. Next add half the bag of kale. Spray kale with cooking spray. Grab a pair of tongs and stir. Be sure to use the tongs to grab the onions at the bottom of the skillet and bring them to the top so they won’t burn. Continue to stir the kale. Add more cooking spray –spray as much as you need (this stuff is 0 calories guys).
After the kale has cooked down add the rest of the bag of kale. Spray more cooking spray on the kale you just put in the skillet. Grab your tongs and take the kale that you just put in the skillet and move it to the bottom so it can cook. Once all the kale is cooked down and has a dark green color to it remove skillet from heat. Now, add liquid aminos.
Taste the green deliciousness. Add more Liquid Aminos if need be.
Serve and enjoy!!
